RTD Temperature Sensor
An RTD stands for 'Resistance Temperature Detector' and is a sensor whose resistance changes when temperature changes. It is used to measure temperature. The RTD Temperature Sensor's resistance increases straightly when the temperature rises. Numerous RTDs are called wire-wound. They comprise fine wire wrapped around a glass or ceramic centre. The wire is made of platinum.
